We want you to be completely satisfied with your new items, which is why we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all Fabienne Chapot tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items safely in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse has processed your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
